MORE NUMBERS, THAT'S THE EASY PART. When we add more offices we get more trucks, when we get more trucks we add more staff then enhance our shifts. We have seen that once a Postmaster understands how we operate and our mission they will give us an opportunity with a broken truck, after we fix that first truck we get 100% of their fleet, 100% of the time.

MAINTAIN PROCESS

We developed a system specifically for this use case and it encompasses everything from data to human capital.

Each VEF associate is presented with the opportunity to succeed in a very unique way for the trade of mechanics. We didn't spend our lives working in shops, we spent them building things, so we treat each human, machine, tool, and truck, with respect and unlimited potential. Every piece of the puzzle is also part of the story.

Acquiring an existing business that has large Upside Postal Potential. U.P.P....!

Just 15 mins north of the VEF Command Center there is a business that currently services 30 postal trucks and has an ancillary repair business.

The carrot here is that one of the Postal Offices currently being serviced by this business is the city of Albany. We have confirmed upon acquiring this business we can keep the employees on staff, implement our software and business practices, turn off the outside repair business, and turn up the influx of postal trucks from the city of Albany to over 200 truck services per month.
